Since the focus of the sweet shop is homemade sweets, need to look at imagery which will support this. Homemade sweets is quite old fashioned so the tone for this brief is a old fashioned style with a modern twist.
Therefore I decided to quickly ask people what the consider old fashioned or homey:

looking at this type of imagery could also help me decide on a colour pallette. The logo also has to have a homemade old fashioned feel. I think this research could help me gain inspiration for this brief.
